Zaggle enters agreement with Apollo Health and Lifestyle

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has announced an agreement with Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited and its subsidiaries, according to a regulatory filing. The agreement, effective from July 4, 2025, will see Zaggle providing its Zaggle Zoyer and Zaggle Save solutions, focusing on employee expense management and benefits. This domestic agreement is set for execution over the next three years. The company clarified that the arrangement does not involve related party transactions and is conducted at arm's length. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
