VRL Logistics board approves 1:1 bonus share issue

The Board of Directors of VRL Logistics has approved a 1:1 bonus share issue, subject to shareholder approval. This decision, made at a board meeting on July 4, 2025, will give eligible shareholders one new fully paid-up equity share of INR 10 each for every one existing fully paid-up equity share of INR 10 each.
