UTI Asset Management allots equity shares under employee scheme

UTI Asset Management Company announced the allotment of 15,362 equity shares under its "UTI AMC Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2007" on July 4th, 2025. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment, with each share having a face value of INR 10. Following the allotment, the company's issued and paid-up share capital will increase from INR 1,28,05,85,110 (12,80,58,511 equity shares) to INR 1,28,07,38,730 (12,80,73,873 equity shares). The new equity shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
