UltraTech Cement chief legal officer resigns

UltraTech Cement announced today that Anoop Khatry, its Chief Legal Officer, has resigned from his position. The resignation will be effective at the close of business on July 3, 2025. The company disclosed that Mr. Khatry's departure is due to personal reasons. UltraTech Cement, in its communication to the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India, confirmed adherence to regulatory requirements regarding disclosures related to the resignation, including submitting the resignation letter as per annexure.
