Ujjivan Small Finance Bank to discuss Q1FY26 results

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 24, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. Following the board meeting, the bank will host a conference call for investors and analysts on the same day at 5:00 PM IST to discuss the Q1FY26 earnings. The call will begin with a management overview of the results and business performance, followed by a Q&A session. Company representatives include Managing Director Sanjeev Nautiyal, Executive Director Carol Furtado, CFO Sadananda Balakrishna Kamath, and others. In line with regulations, the trading window for equity shares has been closed since July 1, 2025, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are announced.
