Sobha promoter group completes conversion of partly paid shares

The Sobha Limited promoter group, including Puthan N C Menon, Mrs. Sobha Menon, Mr. Ravi PNC Menon, Mr. PN Haridas, and Mrs. Sudha Menon, has disclosed the conversion of partly paid equity shares to fully paid equity shares, in compliance with SEBI regulations. This action follows a rights issue announced in June 2024. As of July 4, 2025, the promoter group's total shareholding in Sobha remains at 56,444,703 shares, representing 52.77% of the company's total share/voting capital. The company's equity share capital is now comprised of fully paid-up equity shares.
