Signpost India announces management changes, board reshuffle

Signpost India has announced the resignation of Niren Chand Suchanti as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, effective from the close of business hours on July 2, 2025. Following the resignation, the board will now consist of six directors, three of whom are Non-Executive, Independent Directors. Additionally, the company has appointed Roch Dsouza as the Chief Strategy Officer and Swati Sinha as Head - Human Resources, both effective July 4, 2025, further strengthening the leadership team.
