Shriram Properties launches new Bengaluru project, 'Codename: The One'

Shriram Properties Limited (SPL) has announced the launch of "Codename: The One," a new residential project located in the Electronic City corridor of Bengaluru. The project features 340 spacious two and three-bedroom residences and an aggregate saleable area of approximately 500,000 square feet. SPL anticipates a revenue potential of INR350 crores from the project, with development expected over the next three years. "Codename: The One" will feature South Bengaluru's largest Sky Terrace and is strategically located near key infrastructure and tech hubs. In line with the company's commitment to sustainability, a tree will be planted for every home sold. The company anticipates a positive customer response to the launch.
