Polo Queen enhances leadership, approves investment in subsidiary

Polo Queen Industrial and Fintech Limited announced key leadership changes and a strategic investment following a board meeting held on July 4, 2025. Mr. Prabhas Jiwanram Sanghai, currently Executive Director, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ms. Gunjan Sanghavi has been appointed Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and she is authorized to determine the materiality of events and make stock exchange disclosures. She holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce and has over two years of experience in handling secretarial compliances.
