NMDC appoints Achal Sinha as independent director

NMDC Limited has announced the appointment of Shri Achal Sinha as a Non-Official Independent Director to its Board, effective July 3, 2025, for a term lasting until July 2, 2028, or until further notice. This appointment follows an order from the Ministry of Steel, Government of India. Shri Sinha brings over 35 years of experience in agriculture and social service. NMDC confirmed that there is no inter-relationship between Shri Sinha and other Directors on the Board and that Shri Sinha is not debarred from holding office as Director.
