Mankind Pharma announces 34th annual general meeting

Mankind Pharma Limited has announced that its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 7, 2025, at 03:30 p.m. (IST) via video conferencing. The meeting will address company business as outlined in the AGM notice. In compliance with regulatory circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the AGM will be conducted virtually. The AGM notice and annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, will be sent electronically to members whose email addresses are registered with their respective Depository Participants (DPs). The company has engaged NSDL to provide e-voting facilities.
