Lloyds Enterprises invests in Prakar Estates for mining exploration

Lloyds Enterprises Limited (LEL) announced today that it has acquired a 50% partnership interest in Prakar Estates And Promoters LLP (LLP) for INR 1,40,00,00,000. The investment aims to allow Lloyds Enterprises to explore mining investment opportunities. Prakar Estates, with a Capital Contribution of INR 318.95 Crores, operates in the mining industry, focusing on exploration, extraction, and processing of gold. The acquisition will not fall under Related Party Transaction.
