InterGlobe Aviation approves employee stock option allotment

InterGlobe Aviation announced the allotment of 11,650 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023, as approved by the ESOP Allotment Committee on July 4, 2025. The shares, with a par value of INR 10 each, were allotted following the exercise of vested stock options. With this allotment, the total number of issued shares has increased to 38,65,21,870, and the total issued share capital now stands at INR 386,52,18,700. The company confirmed that the newly allotted equity shares are identical in all respects to the existing shares.
