Indo Tech Transformers obtains interim injunction against unions

Indo Tech Transformers announced today that it has secured an interim injunction from the Hon'ble Subordinate Judge in Kanchipuram against three trade unions. The order, received on July 4, 2025, restricts the unions, their members, agents, and anyone acting on their behalf from assembling at the company's main entrance, engaging in demonstrations, shouting slogans, or obstructing the movement of vehicles and personnel. The injunction is valid until July 14, 2025, and aims to prevent disruptions to the company's operations, including access to raw materials and finished goods, at its Illuppapattu Village plant. The company has complied with statutory requirements and issued notices to the respondents through the Court.
