ICICI Prudential fund exceeds 5% stake in Medi Assist

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has increased its shareholding in Medi Assist Healthcare Services, surpassing the 5% threshold of the company's paid-up capital. The fund acquired 165,901 shares of Medi Assist on July 2, 2025, bringing its total holding to 3,551,006 shares, representing 5.034% of the company. The shares, acquired through secondary market transactions, are held across various schemes managed by ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund with an investment perspective and not with the objective of seeking any controlling interest. Medi Assist's equity share capital remains at INR35,26,90,600 consisting of 7,05,38,120 shares with a face value of INR5 each. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
