Godrej Properties achieves record bookings, eyes further growth

Godrej Properties Limited (BSE: GODREJPROP) announced record-breaking performance for the financial year 2024-25, accompanied by ambitious growth targets and strategic initiatives for the coming year. The company achieved its highest-ever annual booking value of INR 29,444 crore, a 31% year-over-year increase. Residential bookings drove the growth with a total volume of 25.73 million square feet sold, and net profit rose 93% to INR 1,400 crore.
