Genus Power promoter encumbers additional shares for Tata Capital's loan

On July 4, 2025, Genus Power Infrastructures Limited announced that promoter Kailash Chandra Agarwal created an additional encumbrance on 1,600,000 shares, representing 0.53% of the company's total share capital, in favor of Tata Capitals Limited, to secure a loan. The encumbrance was created on June 30, 2025, by way of a pledge. Following this transaction, Kailash Chandra Agarwal's total encumbered shares stand at 10,897,381 or 3.59% of total share capital. According to the disclosure, the total number of shares deemed encumbered by Non-Disposal Undertaking by promoters is 76,631,609 with an additional 3,200,000 pledged shares.
