Emkay Global elevates senior management team members

Emkay Global Financial Services announced the elevation of Mrs. Manjiri Muzumdar and Mr. Mukesh Kumar to new positions within the company, as detailed in a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India and the BSE Limited. Mrs. Muzumdar, previously Head of Derivatives, has been appointed as Head of Sales Trading, whereas Mr. Kumar, formerly VP of Institutional Equity Sales, will now head Domestic Sales. These changes are effective from June 2nd, 2025, and July 3rd, 2025 respectively, and are in compliance with SEBI's listing obligations and disclosure requirements. According to the company, the promotions reflect the recognition of their contributions and experience within Emkay Global. Mrs. Muzumdar has been with Emkay for 20 years, while Mr. Kumar has been with the firm for 13 years.
