DCM Shriram forms new wholly-owned farm solutions subsidiary

DCM Shriram announced on July 4, 2025, the establishment of Shriram Farm Solutions Limited (SFS), a wholly-owned subsidiary with its registered office in Gurugram, Haryana. The new entity has an initial paid-up share capital of INR 100,000. SFS will engage in producing a range of agricultural products, including fertilizers, nutrients, crop protection solutions, seeds, and related services. DCM Shriram confirmed that the establishment of SFS constitutes a related party transaction and that DCM Shriram will hold 100% of the equity share capital of the subsidiary. The company made the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
