Computer Age Management Services board meeting scheduled for July 30

Computer Age Management Services (CAMS) has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for July 30, 2025. The meeting's primary agenda includes the consideration and approval of the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The Board will also review the Limited Review Reports of the Auditors. Also on the agenda is a consideration of interim dividend payment. The record date to determine shareholders' eligibility for the interim dividend will be August 8, 2025, pending Board approval.
