CG Power completes qualified institutions placement of equity shares

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited has successfully completed a qualified institutions placement (QIP) of 454,545,545 equity shares, each with a face value of INR 2. The shares were allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of INR 660 per share, which includes a premium of INR 658. This price reflects a discount of 2.81% against the floor price of INR 679.08 per equity share, thereby raising approximately INR 30,000,000,000.
