BirlaSoft announces annual general meeting, sets record date

BirlaSoft has announced it will hold its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means on August 6, 2025, at 2:30 pm IST. The company set the record date of July 18, 2025, to determine members’ eligibility to receive the final dividend, subject to approval at the AGM. The dividend, if approved, will be paid according to statutory timelines. The company has fixed July 30, 2025, as the cut-off date to determine entitlement for e-voting. BirlaSoft will utilize the e-voting facilities of National Securities Depositories Limited. Detailed instructions on attending the AGM and voting will be provided in the Notice.
