Aditya Birla Capital allots equity shares under stock option schemes

Aditya Birla Capital announced the allotment of 290,748 equity shares with a face value of INR 10 each, effective July 4, 2025. The shares were allotted under the Aditya Birla Capital Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017 and the Aditya Birla Capital Limited Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme 2022. The allotment includes 145,596 shares under the 2017 scheme and 145,152 shares under the 2022 scheme. Following this allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital will increase from INR 26,10,24,27,740 (2,61,02,42,774 shares) to INR 26,10,53,35,220 (2,61,05,33,522 shares).
