Zydus Lifesciences announces annual general meeting and dividend details

Zydus Lifesciences has announced it will hold its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (IST) via video conferencing/other audio-visual means, complying with regulatory circulars. The company also announced that its Integrated Report for the Financial Year 2024-25, along with the AGM notice, will be sent electronically to shareholders with registered email addresses. A letter providing the weblink of the Integrated Report will be sent to members who have not registered their e-mail address. The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of INR 11.00 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM, with the dividend to be paid to members registered as of the record date, July 25, 2025. Shareholders are reminded that dividend income is taxable and subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
