Uno Minda completes acquisition of e-drive assets in Germany

Uno Minda Limited announced today that it has completed the acquisition of e-drive business assets in Germany through its wholly owned subsidiary, UnoMinda EV Systems Private Limited. The acquisition includes intellectual property rights, know-how, and the R&D team related to e-drive technologies, including control hardware and service software. The assets were acquired from the Friwo Group entities. In addition to the German acquisition, Uno Minda is in the process of acquiring e-drive business assets in Vietnam from Friwo, which is expected to be completed by July 15, 2025.
