Trent approves financials, dividend at annual general meeting

Trent Limited held its 73rd Annual General Meeting on July 3, 2025, conducted via video conferencing. The meeting was attended by 124 members holding 15,50,61,133 shares. Key outcomes included the approval of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, and the declaration of a dividend of INR 5 per equity share. The re-appointment of Mr. Jayesh Merchant as an Independent Director was approved, along with the appointment of Secretarial Auditors.
