Tata Technologies board meeting scheduled to review financial results

Tata Technologies has announced a meeting of its Board of Directors scheduled for July 14, 2025, to review and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The review will also include the Limited Review Report of the Auditors for the corresponding period. In accordance with SEBI regulations regarding insider trading, the company has announced that the trading window for designated persons remains closed from June 24, 2025, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared and disseminated. This notice was issued to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
