SRF reappoints Ashish Bharat Ram as chairman and MD

SRF Limited has announced the reappointment of Mr. Ashish Bharat Ram as Chairman and Managing Director of the company. Approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting held on July 3, 2025, the reappointment is for a term commencing from May 23, 2025, until March 31, 2030. Mr. Ashish Bharat Ram, aged 56, has held the position of Managing Director since January 2007 and brings over three decades of experience to the role. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Sanjay Grover & Associates as the Secretarial Auditors of the company for a five-year term starting from the financial year 2025-26 till 2029-30. These appointments were approved by shareholders at the company's 54th Annual General Meeting which was held on July 3, 2025 and the e-voting confirmed all resolutions were passed with the required majority.
