Redington sets date for annual general meeting, dividend declared

Redington Limited has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 11:00 am (IST) via video conferencing. The company's board of directors has recommended a dividend of INR 26.80 per fully paid-up equity share with a face value of INR 2 each, amounting to 1340% of the face value, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
