Orient Electric Limited will hold its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 25, 2025, to approve the FY 2024-25 financial results, according to a recent filing. The Company reported revenue from operations of INR3,093.68 crore, a 10.01% increase over the previous year. EBITDA grew by 41% to INR204 crore, and profit after tax (PAT) rose by 9.4% to INR83.8 crore. Building on this performance, the Board recommended a final dividend of INR0.75 per equity share.
