NMDC appoints new chief financial officer

NMDC (National Mineral Development Corporation) has announced the appointment of G. Anupama as the Whole-Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 1, 2025. This decision follows the superannuation of the current CFO, K. Venkateswarlu, on June 30, 2025. Anupama, previously serving as Chief General Manager (Finance), will hold the position until a new incumbent assumes the role of Whole Time Director (Finance) or until further notice. A seasoned finance professional with over 29 years of experience in the mining and metal sector, Anupama has held various roles in corporate finance, treasury, and strategic financial management and contributed to the company's international acquisition and commissioning projects. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
