MRF announces AGM, sets record date for dividend

MRF Limited [BSE: MRF] has announced its 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025, through video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The company has fixed July 18, 2025, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the payment of final dividend, if declared at the AGM. The purpose of the meeting includes considering the payment of a final dividend. The date of payment of final dividend is on or after August 18, 2025. The AGM will be conducted in accordance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
