Hind Rectifiers announces AGM date and final dividend

Hind Rectifiers has announced a record date of July 22, 2025, to determine member entitlement for a final dividend related to the financial year ending March 31, 2025. The company's Board of Directors previously recommended a dividend of INR2 per equity share, face value INR2 each (@100%), pending shareholder approval at the 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for July 29, 2025. If approved, the dividend, subject to tax deductions, will be paid within a week to beneficial owners holding shares in dematerialized form through National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as well as to members holding physical shares who have submitted valid transmission/transposition requests.
