Dollar Industries dispatches AGM notice and sets book closure

Dollar Industries announced the completion of dispatch of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice and annual report for the fiscal year 2024-25 to its members via electronic mode, as permitted by law. The dispatch fulfills obligations under Regulation 30 and Schedule-III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company also declared that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from July 19th, 2025, to July 25th, 2025 for both the purpose of the 32nd AGM and also for the payment of dividend for FY 2024-25. Furthermore, the company set July 18th, 2025, as the cut-off date to determine member entitlement for the dividend for the fiscal year 2024-25.
