Butterfly appoints new national sales head, restructures marketing role

Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances announced the appointment of Mr. Kaushik Moorthy as the National Sales Head, effective July 3, 2025. Mr. Moorthy, designated as Senior Management Personnel, brings over 15 years of experience in FMCG sales, strategy, and team management, including a prior role at Britannia Industries where he led a INR3500 Cr region. Simultaneously, Mr. Haresh Sundar, previously responsible for both Downstream Marketing and Sales, will now exclusively focus on the role of Head of Downstream Marketing. This restructuring aims to streamline operations and enhance focus within the company's marketing and sales divisions. The company communicated these changes in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
