Bayer CropScience announces AGM, final dividend of INR35 per share

Bayer CropScience Limited (BSE:BAYERCROP) has announced its 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 21, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. IST via video conferencing (VC) or other audio-visual means (OAVM).
