Balmer Lawrie revises standalone financial statements audit report

Balmer Lawrie & Co. has submitted a revised statutory auditor report on its standalone financial statements for the period ending March 31, 2025. This revision, dated July 3, 2025, supersedes the initial report issued on May 15, 2025. The change was made due to an observation from the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, which led to a modification in paragraph (i) (c) of Annexure-B within the original report. The company affirmed that the revised audit report complies with regulations 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
