Asian Paints order revised by Competition Commission

Asian Paints announced that the Competition Commission of India (CCI) has revised its earlier prima facie order, dated July 1, 2025, which directed an investigation against the company. The original order was issued under Section 26(1) of the Competition Act, 2002. The revised order, now available on the CCI's website, is currently under review by Asian Paints. The company has stated it will take appropriate legal recourse and remains committed to fully cooperating with the CCI during the investigation.
