Waaree RTL secures 21 MW solar project order

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (BSE: WAAREERTL) announced today it has received a Letter of Award (LOA) for the execution of an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for a solar power project. The project encompasses the construction and ongoing Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of a 21 MW AC/29.4 MW DC solar power facility. This project falls under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana-2.0 (MSKVY 2.0) scheme. The order is valued at approximately INR 26.17 Cr (excluding taxes). The company expects to complete the project within the fiscal year 2025-26. Waaree RTL confirmed that neither its promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in the entity awarding the order, and the transaction does not fall under related-party transaction rules.
