PNB Housing sets AGM date, recommends dividend

PNB Housing Finance (BSE: PNBHOUSING) announced key decisions from its board meeting held on July 2, 2025. The 37th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for August 21, 2025, and will be conducted via video conferencing. A record date of August 1, 2025, has been set to determine eligibility for a dividend for the financial year 2024-25, pending shareholder approval at the AGM. Furthermore, M/s. Vinod Kothari & Company has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term commencing from the financial year 2025-26. The board has also recommended the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to INR 10,000 Crore on a private placement basis, subject to member approval at the upcoming AGM.
