MRPL appoints N. Anandha Kumar as executive director

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) informed investors of a change in its senior management, as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Shri N. Anandha Kumar has been appointed as Executive Director (Refinery), effective July 2, 2025. Kumar, a Chemical Engineer from Annamalai University, has 35 years of experience in the refinery and petrochemical industries. Before this promotion, Kumar worked at MRPL from October 1995 and Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited for six years. His expertise includes operations management, process engineering, project commissioning, safety, and team management.
