Motherson Sumi Wiring appoints Gulshan as CFO

Motherson Sumi Wiring India (BSE: MSUMI) has announced the appointment of Gulshan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective July 2, 2025. The decision was made during a meeting of the Board of Directors held on the same day. Gulshan, a Chartered Accountant accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), brings over 14 years of experience in finance and auditing. Prior to joining Motherson Sumi Wiring, Gulshan served as a Director in Assurance Services at a Big 4 firm, where he was involved in high-impact projects including IPO readiness, mergers, and acquisitions. The appointment adheres to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
