ICICI Lombard allots 50,518 equity shares to employees

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited (BSE: ICICIGI) announced the allotment of 50,518 equity shares with a face value of INR10 each on July 2, 2025. The shares were allotted under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005 (47,584 equity shares) and the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Unit Scheme – 2023 (2,934 equity shares). The allotment was approved by a Whole-time Director of the Company, pursuant to the authority delegated by Board of Directors.
