Coal India announces senior management changes

Coal India Limited (BSE:COALINDIA) announced the promotion of two officials to Senior Management Personnel, specifically to the level of Executive Directors, as per SEBI LODR 2015 regulations. Sri P Madhusudan Rao, aged 59, previously involved in HEMM planning, operation, and maintenance with extensive field experience, has been appointed Executive Director (Excavation), effective July 1, 2025. Additionally, Sri Rajanikanta Majhee, aged 57 and with 33 years of experience in marketing and sales, has been appointed Executive Director (Marketing & Logistics) from July 2, 2025. The announcement was made to the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India.
