Bajaj Finserv FY25 profit rises; AGM set for July 25

** Bajaj Finserv (BSE: BAJAJFINSV) reported a consolidated profit of INR 8,872.31 Cr, an increase from INR 8,147.79 Cr the previous year, and will hold its Annual General Meeting on July 25, 2025, at Hotel Hyatt Regency, Pune. The meeting will address the adoption of financial statements and the re-appointment of a director. The board has recommended a dividend of INR 1 per share.
