Aurobindo Pharma: Pharmacin B.V. merges with Agile Pharma B.V.

Aurobindo Pharma Limited [BSE:AUROPHARMA] announced the merger of its step-down subsidiary, Pharmacin B.V., with Agile Pharma B.V., another wholly owned step-down subsidiary, as of July 1, 2025. Both companies are incorporated in The Netherlands. The disclosure, made in compliance with SEBI regulations, highlighted that while the transaction involves related parties, as per SEBI guidelines, it's executed between wholly owned subsidiaries. Turnover for Agile Pharma B.V. was INR 66.4 million and for Pharmacin B.V. was INR 197.9 million for the year ended March 31, 2025. Aurobindo Pharma states this merger will enhance the character of Agile Pharma.
