Adani Total Gas seeks shareholder approval for director re-appointment

Adani Total Gas (BSE: ATGL) has announced a postal ballot to seek shareholder approval for the re-appointment of Ms. Gauri Trivedi (DIN: 06502788) as an Independent, Non-Executive Director for a second term of three years, starting August 5, 2025. The resolution, to be voted on electronically between July 3, 2025, and August 1, 2025, follows a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The board believes Ms. Trivedi's continued association would benefit the company, citing her experience and past contributions. As per regulations, this re-appointment requires a special resolution. Ms. Trivedi currently serves on the board of Adani Airport Holdings, The Sandesh Group, Nikhil Adhesives and Bhaikaka University. In FY 2024-25 she received remuneration of INR 46.95 lakhs, which included sitting fees and commission.
