NHPC announces senior management change

NHPC Limited (BSE: NHPC) has announced a change in its senior management personnel. According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under Regulation 30 of the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Shri Aditya Gautam has been appointed through promotion to the position of ED, effective July 1, 2025. Mr. Gautam's educational qualification is B. SC ENGG, Electrical, he joined NHPC on June 9, 1997, and has 28 years of service. The announcement was made by Rupa Deb, the Company Secretary, and is intended for informational and record-keeping purposes.
