Lloyds Metals completes Thriveni Earthmovers acquisition, expands mining operations

Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited (LMEL) announced the completion of its acquisition of 79.82% equity stake in Thriveni Earthmovers and Infra Private Limited (TEIL) for INR 70 crores. The acquisition was finalized following the approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for the demerger of the Mine Developer and Operator (MDO) business from Thriveni Earthmovers Private Limited into TEIL. The company is also pleased to announce its operational performance for Q1FY26.
