Larsen & Toubro: Arvind Garg to retire, continues as advisor

Larsen & Toubro (BSE: LT) announced that Arvind K. Garg, Senior Vice President & Head of Construction & Mining Machinery Business and Industrial Machinery Business, will retire from his role today due to superannuation. The change in senior management was disclosed in a filing with the BSE and NSE on July 1, 2025, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Although stepping down from his executive position, Mr. Garg will continue to be associated with Larsen & Toubro as an Advisor to the Chairman & Managing Director, effective July 2, 2025.
